Meals

Meals are not included in the registration and must be pre-registered for. Meals will be vegetarian.  Deadline for meal registration: Friday, October 8. 

• Lunch (served in student dining hall): $8.50
• Buffet Dinner (served in Schiff Family Conference Center banquet room): $23.50

Lodging

There is no on-campus lodging available.  Check back for lodging suggestions.  Arrangements are the responsibility of the attendee.

Information and the registration table, as well as afternoon and evening events will take place in the Schiff Family Conference Center at the Cintas Center (#50 on the campus map).

On-campus breakout sessions will be held on the XU campus.

Carpooling to off-campus field trip sites will be arranged at the Registration Table.

Handicap Access

All facilities at Xavier University are handicap accessible. Not all Field Trips are guaranteed completely handicap accessible.  Please contact Imago to verify.
